What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Skilled nursing services must be furnished by or under the supervision of a registered nurse and in accordance with physician/non-physician-practitioner orders, with the RN performing initial evaluation, reevaluation, plan-of-care initiation/revision, coordination, timely notice of condition changes, and supervision/teaching (c).(OAC 310:662-5-3 — Services provided)
