What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Effective April 1, 2026, claims for EVV-required services authorized by DSDS (provider types 26 and 28) with no matching visit in the EAS will be denied, so providers must ensure visits are captured in EAS.(EVV Hard Launch—Phase I on April 1, 2026)
- 2Per 13 CSR 70-3.320, all providers must log into the EAS system at least weekly to ensure capture, full functionality, and accuracy of visit data.(EVV Hard Launch—Phase I on April 1, 2026)
