What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1An HHA employed by a LHCSA must hold a valid certificate from an approved training program of at least 75 hours, with 12 in-service hours annually thereafter.(Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services Program Transition Single Fiscal Intermediary (DAL DHCBS 25-02))
