55 Pa. Code § 52.23 - Corrective action plan

What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1The CAP must contain at least: provider name; address; MA identification number; action steps to address each specific finding; dates action steps will be completed; an explanation of how the steps will remediate the finding; the date the finding will be remediated; and the provider's signature indicating it will implement the CAP.(55 Pa.   • 2The provider shall implement a Department-approved CAP, and shall revise a rejected CAP as requested so it complies with this section.(55 Pa. Code § 52.23 - Corrective action plan)
  • 3The provider shall respond to the written statement of findings under § 52.22 with a CAP when requested by the Department, submitted on a Department-prescribed form.(55 Pa. Code § 52.23 - Corrective action plan)
