What this rule requires your agency to do

• 2Providers must maintain administrative policies including an EEO/Affirmative Action plan, recordkeeping/confidentiality per 19 CSR 15-4.300, bonding for fiscal-responsibility staff, and required insurance (workers' comp, general liability, product liability, automobile liability).(19 CSR 15-7.010 General Requirements for All Service Providers)

• 4Providers must maintain an adequate number of qualified staff with written job descriptions, an annual written performance evaluation for each paid staff member, and a training file documenting type, names, hours, and dates.(19 CSR 15-7.010 General Requirements for All Service Providers)
