Nebraska Medicaid requires all providers rendering Personal Care Services or Home Health Services to use the state's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system, capturing the six federally-mandated data elements. Effective 2/19/2025, visits must be started and ended with an approved location-capture method (GPS or IVR), and effective 7/9/2025 selected tasks must align with the approved task-code roster and prior authorization.
