What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Training programs must include training on working with patients/residents of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities or expressions (Affirming Care for Older LGBTQIA+ Individuals) for certification or recertification of HHAs, PCAs, and CNAs.(Cultural Competency Requirements for HHA, PCA, and CNA Training Programs (DAL DRS 25-02))
