What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1The owner, administrator, or designee shall immediately report by telephone to the Department, with a written follow-up report as soon as possible, any catastrophic incident (such as fire or flood) or other incident that may cause interruption or cessation of the delivery of services or otherwise affect the health and safety of the patients (subd. c).(28 Pa.   • 2When services for the administration or management of the agency, or for the provision of patient care, are purchased, the owner shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with this title and the regulations of other appropriate agencies (subd. b).(28 Pa.   • 3The owner shall be responsible for meeting the minimum standards for operation of a home health care agency as set forth by the Department and by other State and local agencies responsible for the health, welfare and safety of the patients (subd. a).(28 Pa.
