What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Providers must utilize EVV for all services described in rule 5160-32-01 of the Administrative Code.(Rule 5160-32-04 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) program providers)
  • 2Providers must create and maintain updated, accurate records of individuals receiving EVV-subject services, including name, at least one service address, telephone number, and the program billing identifier (medicaid ID).(Rule 5160-32-04 | Electronic visit verification (EVV) program providers)
