What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1The provider must obtain and submit written approvals from the local health officer, building official, zoning officer, and fire chief verifying compliance with local health, building, zoning, and fire code requirements, obtained within 90 days prior to application. New Hampshire licenses home health care providers (HHCPs) under RSA 151 and Part He-P 809. He-P 809.04 sets out initial license application requirements (application form, proof of NH business authorization, $250 fee under RSA 151:5, XI(b), administrator qualifications, local health/building/zoning/fire approvals obtained within 90 days, and criminal records checks). He-P 809.14 imposes ongoing duties on all licensees, including compliance with all applicable laws, adoption of written policies covering the Home Care Clients' Bill of Rights, defining service scope, ongoing quality monitoring, incident/TB reporting, posting of the license and inspection reports, and at least 30 days' written notice before any cost increase.
