What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Agency providers and their caregivers without an approved live-in caregiver exemption must use EVV for services on and after July 1, 2024, and individual caregivers without an approved exemption must use EVV for services on and after September 3, 2024.(L 24-38 - Changes to Home Help Authorizations and Payments Delayed)
