- 8Maintain a written discharge-planning process following the agency-DIDD written agreement; before discontinuing authorized services, obtain DIDD approval and notify the consumer, conservator/guardian, support coordinator, and DIDD at least sixty (60) days before the planned discharge (0720-35-.05(10),(10)(a),(b)).(Tenn.
