  • 8For agency-option Respite and Personal Care, individuals employed by providers must be at least 18 years of age, have criminal background investigations per state requirements, and have screening against the child abuse and adult abuse registry checks and obtain service letters in accordance with 19 Del. C. § 708 and 11 Del.
