Under Maryland's Community Personal Assistance Services program, nurse monitoring is a covered service requiring an RN (monitor) to review participant status at least every 6 months, conduct an in-person home or workplace visit at least every 12 months, remain available for instruction, comply with reportable-events policy, and assess service quality and worker performance.
