What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1When logging a community visit, a caregiver using the HHAeXchange+ mobile application must select "Community" as the Service Delivery Location; when logging a visit at a secondary address, the caregiver must select "Home" (EVV community/secondary-address rules).(MMP 25-40 - Updates to the MDHHS Medicaid Provider Manual (October 2025 Updates; BPHASA Renamed Health Services))
