What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Providers must maintain a clinical record per individual (per rule 5160-44-31) including identifying/medical information, the ODM 02389/02390 forms, service documentation with dated signatures within three business days, and medication reconciliation logs.(Rule 5160-44-27 | NF-based level of care HCBS programs: home care attendant services)

  • 4An RN must conduct a home care attendant service visit every ninety days, with at least two of the visits per year conducted in person.(Rule 5160-44-27 | NF-based level of care HCBS programs: home care attendant services)
