NDAC 33-03-10.1-05 — Plan of Correction

What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1A plan of correction is required within ten calendar days of receipt of the deficiency statement and is subject to acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection; failure to submit an acceptable plan may result in a directed plan of correction (subsection 3).(NDAC 33-03-10.1-05 — Plan of Correction)
