What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1A plan of correction is required within ten calendar days of receipt of the deficiency statement and is subject to acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection; failure to submit an acceptable plan may result in a directed plan of correction (subsection 3).(NDAC 33-03-10.1-05 — Plan of Correction)
- 2The plan of correction must include how corrective action will be accomplished for affected patients, how other potentially affected patients/services will be identified, what measures/systemic changes will prevent recurrence, and how the agency will monitor its corrective actions (subsection 2).(NDAC 33-03-10.1-05 — Plan of Correction)
