What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1The QAPI evaluation shall consist of an overall policy and administrative review and a quarterly clinical record review assessing whether the program is appropriate, adequate, effective, and efficient (§I-9131.B).(LAC 48:I.9131 — Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (Minimum Standards for Home Health Agencies))
