What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1If drugs are administered, the licensee must maintain a policy consistent with K.S.A. 65-1625 et seq. covering how drugs are administered, monitored, secured, and transported from pharmacy to patient (subsection (d)).(KAR 28-51-105 — Nursing services)
