What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Where a change in the participant's condition negatively impacts continued ability to self-direct ADLs and is detected by the MCO liaison care manager or program consultant, concerns must be provided to the Division along with supporting evidence, and the Division shall investigate and render a determination on continued eligibility.(N.J.
