What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1For services subject to participant direction, an individual electing to direct services must be assessed by the case manager to determine ability to direct, and if unable, may choose an authorized representative who will not serve as the individual's provider.(Rule 5160-31-05 | PASSPORT HCBS waiver program covered services)
