What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1Do not establish, conduct, operate, or maintain a home care organization providing home health services in Tennessee without a license; post the license conspicuously and do not change the organization's name without first notifying the Department in writing (0720-27-.02(1)).(Tenn.
