What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1To be eligible for reimbursement, the home care agency must have an approved provider agreement on file with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority per OAC 317:30-3-2. (OAC 317:30-5-950)(OAC 317:30-5-950. Eligible providers (Part 95, Agency Personal Care Services))
- 2Reimbursement for personal care services and home health care services is made only to agencies certified as home care agency providers by the Oklahoma State Department of Health and certified by the ADvantage Administration as meeting applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. - 3Service time of PCS and HHCS must be documented through the designated statewide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system when services are provided in the member's home; the home care agency is required to use the EVV system. Limits SoonerCare reimbursement for personal care and home health care services to agencies licensed/certified as home care agency providers by the Oklahoma State Department of Health, certified by the ADvantage Administration, holding an approved OHCA provider agreement, and using the statewide EVV system.
