What this rule requires your agency to do

- 2When entering the service information into LaSRS, providers must select either "home" or "other" for the location of service — "home" if the service begins or ends in the participant's home, and "other" for services that do not occur in the home. Effective December 1, 2023, all non-EVV services (manual entries/edits without an EVV clock-in/clock-out) require the provider to indicate the location of service delivery ("home" or "other") in LaSRS, and providers must instruct direct support workers to document their location when services are not reported through EVV.
