What this rule requires your agency to do

  • 1The license holder is responsible for meeting the health service needs assigned in the support plan/addendum and must promptly notify the person's legal representative and case manager of changes in physical/mental health needs affecting assigned health services, documenting when notice is provided (subd. 1(a)).(Minnesota Statutes 245D.05 — Health Services (HCBS Services Standards))

  • 4Injectable medications may be administered only under one of the specified conditions (RN/LPN administers; supervising RN with physician's order has delegated and trained unlicensed staff; or a signed prescriber agreement), and only licensed health professionals may administer psychotropic medications by injection (subd. 5).(Minnesota Statutes 245D.05 — Health Services (HCBS Services Standards))
