What this rule requires your agency to do

• 1APC aides must be trained on the APC tasks delivered, with the Train APC task completed during the first full month of an initial APC authorization, at an APC provider change, and when requested (e.g., when aides change).(HCBS Policy Manual 3.15 — Authorized Nurse Visits – State Plan (Agency Model))
• 2All participants receiving agency-model PC and APC must be authorized a minimum of two (2) nurse visits annually to perform General Health Evaluations (GHEs), as required by MO State Statute 192.2475.14 RSMo, in the 4th and 10th months following the (re)assessment.(HCBS Policy Manual 3.15 — Authorized Nurse Visits – State Plan (Agency Model))
