What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Agencies providing the specified Aged and Disabled Waiver Services described in Sections 320 through 329 (including Attendant Care) must submit claims using a compliant EVV system.(IDAPA 16.03.10 "Medicaid Enhanced Plan Benefits" — Section 041, Specialized Reimbursement: Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
- 2Effective July 1, 2021, agencies providing the services listed in Subsection 041.01 are required to submit claims using a compliant EVV system as mandated by Section 12006 of the 21st Century Cures Act.(IDAPA 16.03.10 "Medicaid Enhanced Plan Benefits" — Section 041, Specialized Reimbursement: Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
