What this rule requires your agency to do

Oregon's In-Home Care Agency rules (OAR ch. 333, div. 536) require agency owners and administrators to recognize and protect an enumerated set of client rights, provide written notice of grievance/complaint procedures, and give written notice of charges and termination of services.
