  • 8The HHA administrator must meet the qualification standards for the applicable hire date: for those employed before January 13, 2018, a licensed physician, registered nurse, or a person with training/experience in health service administration and at least 1 year of supervisory administrative experience in home health or a related program; for those beginning on or after January 13, 2018, a licensed physician, registered nurse, or holder of an undergraduate degree with health service administration experience including at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related program (subd. a).(42 CFR 484.115 — Condition of Participation: Personnel Qualifications)
