What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1A plan of correction must be a written document identifying who is responsible, what was or will be done, who will monitor, and a correction date not to exceed sixty (60) days after the last day of survey (Section 4(a)).(Rules and Regulations for Licensure of Home Health Agencies, Chapter 10 (Wyo.
