What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1If the client requires skilled services in the home, the home health aide must be supervised by an RN or LPN at least every thirty (30) days, and aides must receive care-plan-based instructions from the supervisory nurse at least every sixty (60) days (Section 6(b), (d)).(Rules for Program Administration of Home Health Agencies, Chapter 9 (Wyo.
