COMAR 10.07.05.05 — Changes in an Agency That Affect the Operating License

What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Do not provide services the agency is not approved to provide, and do not change the business name without the Department's approval (§A(1)).(COMAR 10.07.05.05 — Changes in an Agency That Affect the Operating License)
- 2Immediately notify the Department of any change in information submitted with the most recent application; do not sell, assign, or transfer the license itself (§C, §D).(COMAR 10.07.05.05 — Changes in an Agency That Affect the Operating License)

- 6A future owner shall apply for a new license at least 45 days before the transfer; the current licensee remains responsible for operations and correction of deficiencies/sanctions until the new license issues, and must return the old license by certified mail (§B(4)-(6)).(COMAR 10.07.05.05 — Changes in an Agency That Affect the Operating License)
