What this rule requires your agency to do
- 1Medicaid-funded Personal Support Services (T1019), Community Living Supports (T2025), and Personal Care Support (S9122) delivered under the CCSP/SOURCE (590/930), ICWP (660), NOW/COMP (680/681), and GAPP (971) waiver programs are subject to EVV requirements.(About Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
- 2For Home Health Care Services (COS 200; Specialty 088), physician orders are required (prior authorizations are not required for HHCS services).(About Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
- 3EVV must electronically verify, at a minimum, the type of service performed, the individual receiving the service, the individual providing the service, the date of service, the location of service delivery, and the time the service begins and ends.(About Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
- 4Providers may use the state EVV solution (Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+) at no cost or select an alternate/third-party EVV system, but the provider is responsible for any associated costs of an alternate system.(About Electronic Visit Verification (EVV))
